Hamptons Property Management is a branch of our business that specifically focuses on property management.
We are here to take care of your property when you are not around. From turning the hot water heaters on and off, resetting air conditioner to a specified setting, plugging or unplugging appliances and electronics, flushing toilets and running faucets, lightly fabrezeing fabrics and carpets, running the dishwasher on a short cycle, and placing baking soda in after your departure to turning on an outside light ahead of your arrival and making sure doors and windows are secure once you left you will benefit from our Opening and Closing Service.
Our services also include a pre-storm inspection and preparation where we organize the securing of outside items and bring in patio furniture, and the post-storm assessment and organizing clean-up. You also get a full photo report.
We will move your cars in the driveway and give your home an overall lived-in look and also pick up and sort your mail and newspapers.
